Understanding your Coinstash portfolio screen

A guide to the Portfolio tab — your holdings, balances, performance, and navigation.

The Portfolio screen is your home base in Coinstash. It gives you a real-time view of your holdings, performance, and quick access to deposit and withdraw.

Portfolio Value Card

At the top of the screen you will see your total portfolio value in AUD, along with your performance for the current month.

  • Portfolio Value — the total current AUD value of all your holdings (crypto + AUD balance combined)

  • Performance badge — shows your percentage gain or loss for the current month (e.g. +78.97%)

  • Monthly summary — shows your dollar gain or loss for the month in AUD

  • Tap the chevron (down arrow) on the card to expand for a more detailed breakdown

Deposit and Withdraw

  • Deposit — add AUD or crypto to your account via card, PayID, bank transfer, or crypto transfer

  • Withdraw — send AUD to your bank account or send crypto to an external wallet

  • Your holding quantity (e.g. 0.003897 BTC)

  • Current AUD value of your holding

Performance

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does my portfolio value look different from what I deposited?

Your portfolio value reflects the current market price of your holdings, not what you paid for them. Crypto prices change constantly, so your portfolio value will go up and down with the market.

My AUD balance is $0.00 but I have crypto — is that normal?

Yes. Your AUD balance and crypto holdings are shown separately. If you have converted all your AUD into crypto, your AUD balance will show $0.00 while your total portfolio value reflects the current value of your crypto.

How is the monthly performance calculated?

The monthly performance compares your portfolio value at the start of the current calendar month to its current value. It reflects price movements but does not factor in deposits or withdrawals made during the month.

How do I see my transaction history?

Tap any asset in your Balances list to open the coin detail screen, where you can view your transaction history for that asset. You can also access a full statement from your account settings.
