If you no longer need a saved wallet address, you can remove it directly from the withdrawal screen on both the mobile app and the desktop website. Keeping your saved list tidy helps you avoid sending crypto to an old or unused address by mistake.
Before you start
Find the coin: Saved addresses are stored per coin, so you'll manage them from the withdrawal screen of the coin they belong to (for example BTC).
Check you have the right address: Compare the first and last few characters so you remove the correct one.
Desktop Website
From your Portfolio, click Withdraw on the coin you want to manage (e.g. BTC).
The Withdraw window opens, showing your saved addresses under Select Address.
Find the address you want to remove and click the trash icon on the right of the address row.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
The address is removed from your saved list.
Mobile App
Open the app and tap the coin you want to manage (e.g. BTC).
Tap Send / Withdraw to open the withdrawal screen.
Your saved addresses appear under Saved Destination Addresses.
Swipe left on the address you want to remove. A red trash icon appears on the right.
Tap the trash icon.
A confirmation prompt appears asking you to confirm the deletion.
Tap Yes. The address is removed.

⚠️ Good to know
Deleting an address doesn't affect past transfers. It only removes the address from your saved list.

Don't recognise a saved address? If you see an address you didn't add, remove it, change your password, make sure 2FA is on, and contact our support team straight away.
Troubleshooting
I can't see my saved addresses. Make sure you're on the withdrawal screen of the same coin the address was saved under.
I can't see the Withdraw option. Sending crypto to an external wallet requires at least Tier 2. See How to Withdraw Cryptocurrency from Coinstash.
The trash icon doesn't appear in the app. Swipe left firmly across the address row to reveal it.
