You can redeem your STASH Points for a range of rewards within the Coinstash Rewards ecosystem directly through your Coinstash account. This guide shows where to find the redemption options, what each one does, and what to check first.
Redemption options may include eligible crypto conversions, lucky draws, mystery boxes, wheel spins, and merchandise.
Before you start
Verified account: To redeem STASH for selected digital assets, your account must be fully verified. See What are Account Verification Tiers?
Check your balance: Make sure you have enough STASH for the reward you want. See How do I see my STASH Point balance?
Where to find redemption options
All available redemption options can be found in your dashboard under:

Open Rewards, choose the option you'd like, check the STASH cost shown, then confirm.
Redeem STASH Points for Crypto (STASH Convert)
You can convert your STASH Points into selected eligible digital assets using STASH Convert.
Converted crypto is deposited directly into your Coinstash account.
The assets you can convert into may be different from the assets that earn Loyalty Holding Rewards.
Redeem Points for Prize Draws or Events
Some promotions allow you to use STASH Points to enter:
Lucky draws;
Mystery Boxes;
Wheel-based games.
Each promotion has its own rules and entry cost in STASH Points. These appear periodically in Rewards or during special campaigns. Always read the terms for the promotion before you enter. Some games of chance aren't open to residents of every state or territory.
Redeem Points for Merchandise
From time to time, Coinstash may offer branded merchandise or exclusive items that can be redeemed using STASH Points.
Once you redeem for merchandise, our support team will reach out to you and ask for your desired:
delivery address;
size (if applicable);
colour (if applicable).
Merchandise options will appear in your Rewards section if currently available.
ā ļø STASH Points Expiry Reminder
STASH Points expire after 6 months of no earning or redemption activity.
To keep your points active, you need to:
Earn STASH Points or
Redeem some of your STASH Points
at least once every six months.
Important: Earning STASH by maintaining balance in your account is not counted as an eligible earning activity.

Your full points history is available under:

š» Desktop Website ā Rewards (top navigation). Click Rewards History on the Total Balance card.
Important Notes
STASH Points cannot be transferred to other users, or used outside the Coinstash Rewards ecosystem.
STASH Points cannot be directly converted to cash.
Redemption rates may vary depending on campaign settings, with conversion factors incorporated. See more details about earning STASH Points.
Not all redemption options are available at all times.
Promotional redemptions have separate terms and eligibility criteria, which will be published by Coinstash separately.
Troubleshooting
I can't redeem for crypto. Check that your account is fully verified. Unverified accounts can't redeem STASH for digital assets until verification is complete.
The reward I wanted has disappeared. Redemption options change with promotions and stock. Check Rewards again later.
I redeemed merchandise but haven't heard from anyone. Our support team will contact you for your delivery details. If you haven't heard from us, send us a message via chat.
