STASH Points are the loyalty points of Coinstash's loyalty program, Coinstash Rewards. This article explains how they work, how to earn and redeem them, and where to find your balance.
They can be earned through eligible activities on the platform and later redeemed in the Coinstash Rewards ecosystem for a range of rewards such as Coinstash merchandise, certain eligible digital assets, prize draws, and other promotions.
How STASH Points Work
STASH Points are loyalty points earned through your active participation on Coinstash, including using our products and services available on the Coinstash platform.
They are automatically credited to your account when you complete certain eligible activities, such as trading, holding eligible digital assets, or taking part in promotions.
Your STASH Point balance is displayed in the Rewards section, accessible on the mobile app and the desktop website at coinstash.com.au.
How to Earn STASH Points
You can earn STASH Points in three main ways:
1. Trading Activity
Earn points from eligible trading activity based on your membership level and trading volume. To earn points on trades, your Reward Preference must be set to STASH Back. See What is STASH Back?
2. Maintaining Digital Asset Balances
Earn points by maintaining balances of eligible digital assets on the platform over time. See What are Loyalty Holding Rewards?
3. Promotions and Campaigns
Earn points by completing tasks or joining special Coinstash promotions (e.g. Wheel of Fortune, Mystery Boxes, or lucky draw entries).
How to Redeem STASH Points
STASH Points can be redeemed directly within your Coinstash account — on the mobile app or the desktop website at coinstash.com.au.
Redemption options may include:
Redeeming points for certain selected digital assets;
Using points to enter prize draws;
Using points to enter wheel spins;
Using points to open mystery boxes; and
Redeeming points for Coinstash merchandise (when available).

Where to View Your STASH Points
You can see your:
Current STASH Point balance;
Pending STASH Points amount for your balance of eligible digital assets;
Monthly STASH Points earned through STASH Back on trade through Coinstash Membership.

⚠️ Important Notes
STASH Points have no cash value and cannot be converted to cash.
STASH Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
STASH Points expire after 6 months of no eligible earning or redemption activity. Points earned by holding balances (Loyalty Holding Rewards) don't count towards keeping them active.
Earning and redeeming of STASH Points are subject to the terms of Coinstash Rewards. Read the Coinstash Rewards and Coinstash Membership Terms and Conditions.
Redemption availability may vary depending on campaign or inventory availability.
SMSF accounts are currently unable to participate in the STASH Point ecosystem.
FAQ
Do I need to sign up for Coinstash Rewards? Open the Rewards section in the app or on the website. The first time, you'll be prompted to activate Rewards.
Can I swap STASH Points for cash? No. STASH Points can only be used inside the Coinstash Rewards ecosystem, for example to convert into selected crypto or enter promotions.
Can I give my points to a friend or family member? No. STASH Points can't be transferred between accounts.
