Here's how to check your STASH Points balance, see points that are still pending, and find your full points history in the Coinstash app or on the website.
📱 Mobile App
Tap Rewards.
Open the Earn tab to see your STASH Points balance.
💻 Desktop Website
Log in at coinstash.com.au and click Rewards in the top navigation bar.
Select the Earn tab.
What you'll see
On the desktop Rewards page, three summary cards appear at the top:
Total Balance — your total STASH Points and their approximate AUD value. Click Rewards History to view your full points history.
Pending Rewards — Loyalty Holding Rewards that have built up but haven't been credited yet. They're credited weekly on Tuesdays.
Trade Rewards — STASH Points earned through STASH Back on your trades this month.
Your balance, promotions progress and history are synced between the app and the website.
Troubleshooting
I can't see a balance. If it's your first time opening Rewards, you'll need to activate it first. See Coinstash Rewards on Desktop.
My pending points haven't arrived. Pending Loyalty Holding Rewards are credited weekly. If you reduce or move your eligible assets before they're credited, the points accrued on that amount may be forfeited. See What are Loyalty Holding Rewards?
My balance has gone down. STASH Points expire after 6 months without an eligible earning or redemption activity, and points can be adjusted if a trade is reversed or cancelled. Check your Rewards History for details.
