If you're trying to deposit crypto and can't find your coin in the search list, it usually comes down to one of two things: the coin doesn't have wallet support for deposits yet, or it isn't listed on Coinstash. This guide helps you work out which one it is and what you can do.
First, check your account tier
To deposit any cryptocurrency, even one that appears in the list, your account must be at least Tier 1 verified. If you've just signed up, make sure you've completed your basic ID check. Once verified, you'll be able to generate deposit addresses for all supported assets. See What are Account Verification Tiers?
1. "No coins found" under Deposit Crypto
Coinstash often gives users early access to emerging, low-cap coins before they reach major global exchanges. Sometimes we list these coins for trading (buying and selling) before our automated wallet infrastructure is ready to handle deposits and withdrawals.
What you'll see: You search for the coin in the Deposit section and it shows "No coins found..."
How to check: Open the Coin Page for that asset. It will clearly state if "Deposits and withdrawals are not currently available for this coin."
What you can do: Our product team expands wallet support weekly, so it may be on the way. If you'd like to deposit it now, you may be able to request a deposit address from our team. See Requesting a Crypto Deposit Address (Low-Cap Coins).
2. "No matching coins found" under All Crypto
If you search under the All Crypto tab and see "No matching coins found", the asset isn't listed on Coinstash yet.
Tell us what you'd like to see: We're always looking to expand our 1,000+ asset library. If there's a project you're passionate about, we want to know.
How to request it: Submit a New Coin Request. Our listing team evaluates projects based on community interest, security and liquidity. See How do I Request a New Coin / Token?
⚠️ Important
Don't send a coin Coinstash can't receive. If there's no deposit address shown in your account for a coin, don't send it until our team gives you an address.
Don't use old or saved addresses. Always get your deposit address from your Coinstash account at the time you deposit.
Still can't find it?
If you believe a coin should be there, or you've deposited it to Coinstash before and it's now missing, contact our support team. We can check whether there's wallet maintenance or a network upgrade affecting that coin.
