Can't find a coin or token you'd like to trade on Coinstash? You can ask our team to consider listing it. This article explains how to send a request and what details to include.
Before you request
Check it isn't already listed: Coinstash supports over 1,000 coins. Search the app, or browse the full list at Coinstash Listed Coins. See also What coins are listed on Coinstash?
Listed but can't trade it? Some coins are temporarily unavailable, for example during network maintenance or due to low liquidity. See Slippage and liquidity explained.
How to request a new coin or token
Let our support team know via the chat in the app or on the website, or email [email protected].
Please include:
The name of the coin.
The CoinGecko URL. For example: https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/bitcoin
The CoinGecko link helps us identify exactly which token you mean, as many coins share similar names or tickers.
Tips for finding the right CoinGecko page
Search for the coin on coingecko.com and copy the address from your browser's address bar.
Check the ticker and logo match the coin you want. Scammers sometimes create copycat tokens with the same name.
⚠️ Important
Don't send unsupported coins to Coinstash. Only deposit coins that are listed on Coinstash, on a supported network. See How to Deposit Cryptocurrency into Your Coinstash Account.
Do your own research. Smaller and newer tokens can be very volatile and hard to sell. Make sure you understand a coin before you buy it.
