If you need to update the email address linked to your Coinstash account, follow the steps below for your device.
📱 Mobile App
Open the Coinstash app and log in
Tap the Profile icon (top right)
Tap My Account
Tap Edit Profile
Enter your new email address and confirm
You will receive a verification email to your new address. Follow the link to complete the change.
💻 Desktop Website
Log in to your Coinstash account at coinstash.com.au
Click your profile avatar (top right corner, next to your name)
Click Account Settings from the dropdown menu
Under the Personalisation section, find the Email field
Enter your new email address
Click Update Details to save
You will receive a verification email to your new address. Follow the link to complete the change.
⚠️ Lost Access to Your Old Email?
If you've lost access to your old email address and your Coinstash password, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Alternatively, you can send an email from your new email address to the Coinstash compliance team at [email protected], explaining your situation and requesting the change. Include:
Your full name
The old email address on the account
The new email address you'd like to use
Wait for confirmation or further guidance from the team before the change takes effect.
