As a Coinstash customer, you'll receive various email notifications about your account. This guide shows you how to switch off the ones you don't want, on the website or in the mobile app.
💻 Web platform
To turn off email notifications for certain events or activities:
Log in and go to https://coinstash.com.au/settings.
Find the notification you want to stop receiving.
Toggle it to the off position.
📱 Mobile app
To turn off email notifications about Price Changes Updates for coins on your watchlist:
Log in to the Coinstash app and go to your account profile.
Go to Notification Settings.
Toggle the relevant notification to the off position.
⚠️ Think before you switch off
Some notifications help you spot activity on your account that you didn't expect. If you turn notifications off, check your account regularly, and contact us straight away if you see anything unusual.
Troubleshooting
I turned a notification off but I'm still getting emails. Check you've switched off the right notification, and that you're logged in to the account the emails are addressed to (if you have more than one linked account). If they keep coming, contact our support team.
I'm getting emails I don't recognise. Scammers sometimes send fake emails that look like they're from Coinstash. Don't click links in emails you weren't expecting. Log in directly through the app or website instead. Learn how to spot a scam.
