How do I access my statements? (Desktop only)

How to download your Coinstash statements from Settings > Reports on the desktop website, and how to link an adviser to unlock Account Holding Statements.

This guide shows you how to find and download your Coinstash statements, such as your Account Holding Statement, from the desktop website.

Before you start

  • Desktop only: Statements are accessible via the desktop website only, not the mobile app.

  • Adviser linked: Accessing Account Holding Statements is currently only available where an adviser or financial services professional has been linked to your account. You can link one in Step 2 below.

To access your statements

Step 1 – Open Settings

Log in on desktop and open the profile panel at the top right of the page. Select Settings from the dropdown.

Step 2 – Go to Reports

Scroll down to the Reports section at the base of the page.

If you'd like to link your adviser or accountant to your account, select the Invite Adviser button, enter their email address, then select Share Access. Your adviser gets read-only access — they can't trade or move your funds. See How do I invite my accountant or financial advisor?

Step 3 – Download

Select the Download button next to the statement you'd like, then choose the year you need. The statement will download to your computer.

What's in each statement?

For more information on the different types of statements and what they include, see Managing Your EOFY: Statements & Reporting.

⚠️ Coinstash can't give tax advice. Please speak to a registered tax agent about how to use these statements for your tax return.

Troubleshooting

I can't see the Reports section. Make sure you're on the desktop website, not the mobile app, and scroll right to the bottom of the Settings page.

I can't download an Account Holding Statement. This statement currently requires an adviser to be linked to your account. Invite your adviser as shown in Step 2.

I just need my transactions for tax software. You can export your transaction history as a CSV at any time — see How do I Export My Transaction History as a CSV File?

I want to remove my adviser's access. See How do I revoke / remove accountant access?
