If you change accountants or advisers, or simply no longer want someone to see your account, you can remove their view-only access at any time. This guide shows you how.
How to remove adviser access
Step 1 – Open Settings
Log in on the Coinstash website and go to your Settings.
Step 2 – Go to the Adviser section
Open the Adviser section.
Step 3 – Revoke access
Next to the adviser whose access you want to remove, click Revoke.

What happens next
Your adviser's access ends immediately.
You'll no longer appear in their Adviser Portal dashboard, and they can't see your portfolio data or reports, including any BGL integration.

FAQ
My adviser asked me to remove their access. Why can't they do it themselves? Advisers can't remove themselves. Only you, as the account holder, can manage who has access. This keeps you in control. See How to Disconnect from a Client.
I've also given someone Third Party Authority. Adviser access is separate from a Third Party Authority. Revoking an adviser here doesn't change a Third Party Authority. Contact our support team if you need to change one. See How do I Grant Third Party Authority?
I don't recognise an adviser on my account. Revoke their access straight away and contact our support team.
