This guide walks you through depositing Australian Dollars (AUD) into your Coinstash account using a debit or credit card. Card deposits are processed instantly via Worldpay.
Step 1: Navigate to Your Dashboard
Log in to your Coinstash account and go to your Portfolio Dashboard at coinstash.com.au/dash.
Step 2: Click Deposit
Click the Deposit button on your dashboard.
Step 3: Select Australian Dollar
Click Australian Dollar from the list of available assets.
Step 4: Choose Card Deposit
Select Card deposit as your payment method. This option is instant and available 24/7.
Step 5: Enter Amount and Confirm
Enter the amount you wish to deposit. The minimum is $1.00 AUD with a processing fee of 1.37%. Select your payment card and click Continue.
Step 6: Enter Card Security Code
On the Worldpay payment page, enter your card's security code (CVV) and click Make Payment.
Step 7: Complete 3D Secure Authentication
Your bank may require additional verification via 3D Secure (Mastercard ID Check or Verified by Visa). Follow the prompts from your bank to authenticate the payment.
Step 8: Done
Once the payment is processed, you will see a confirmation showing your deposit amount, processing fee, and total. Click Done to return to your dashboard. Your funds will be available immediately.
Important Notes
Name Matching: The card must be in the same name as your Coinstash account. We cannot accept third-party card deposits.
Processing Fee: A fee of 1.37% applies to all card deposits.
Daily Limit: Card deposits are subject to your daily deposit limit. Check your Membership Dashboard for your current limit.
Tier Requirement: Your account must be at least Tier 1 verified to deposit funds.
Failed Deposits: If your deposit fails, the funds are typically returned to your card within 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
