1. Introduction
Welcome to the webinar (“Webinar”) hosted by TWMT Pty Ltd ACN 621 581 584 trading as Coinstash AU (“we”, “our”, or “Coinstash”), in collaboration with one or more of our external partner/s if applicable (“Webinar Partners”) (collectively, the “Organisers”). By registering for this Webinar, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
2. Registration & Personal Information
2.1 Data Collection & Use
By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Your registration details, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, and company information if applicable (“Registrant Data”), will be used for event coordination, communications related to the Webinar, and future engagement including direct marketing, by Coinstash.
2.2 Sharing of Registrant Data
Registrant Data may be shared with our Webinar Partners for purposes such as providing event materials, follow-ups, promotional offers, relevant industry insights, as well as marketing and advertising. By registering for the Webinar, you agree to the sharing of your Registrant Data with our Webinar Partners for purposes outlined in these Terms. You may opt-out of sharing personal information with our Webinar Partners, unless we have a legitimate interest to do so.
2.3 Opt-Out Option
You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from any Organiser at any time by using the unsubscribe links provided in their communications or by contacting them directly. If you wish to opt out of receiving marketing communications from us, please contact us at any time by emailing [email protected].
2.4 Data Protection & Compliance
All Registrant Data will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We will handle all Registrant Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here: Privacy Policy | Coinstash Helpdesk.
3. Bonuses & Promotions
3.1 Eligibility
If applicable, bonuses, promotions, and special offers (collectively, “Bonuses”) are available only to eligible attendees as determined by the Organisers. Eligibility may require:
Attendance at the live Webinar session;
Completion of the registration process with valid contact details; or
Meeting any additional criteria outlined during the Webinar.
3.2 Bonus Distribution
Bonuses will be sent via email or another method specified by the Organisers.
The Organisers are not responsible for incorrect email addresses or delivery failures due to spam filters.
3.3 Non-Transferability & Expiry
Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted.
Some Bonuses may have expiry dates or usage restrictions, which will be communicated during the Webinar or in follow-up emails from the Organisers.
3.4 Modifications & Discontinuation
The Organisers reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any Bonus at their discretion without prior notice if necessary.
Any disputes regarding Bonus eligibility or redemption will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Organisers.
4. Webinar Content & Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership of Materials
Unless otherwise indicated, all content, materials, and presentations shared during the Webinar are the intellectual property of the Organisers and/or the respective speakers.
4.2 Limited Usage Rights
Attendees are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to view Webinar materials for personal/non-commercial and educational purposes only.
4.3 Restrictions
You may not copy, distribute, modify, record, or share any part of the Webinar content without prior written consent from the Organisers. If you seek to reproduce or otherwise use the content in any way, it is your responsibility to obtain approval for such use where necessary. Any breach of copyright, including recording the presentation or any unauthorised use of the material may lead to legal action.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1 Respectful Participation
Attendees must behave respectfully towards speakers, organisers, and other participants.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
Harassment, inappropriate comments, spamming, unauthorised solicitation, or any form of disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
5.3 Moderator Rights
The Organisers reserve the right to remove participants from the Webinar for violating these Terms.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
6.1 Informational Purpose Only
The Webinar is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
6.2 No Guarantee of Results
The Organisers do not guarantee any specific outcomes from attending the Webinar.
6.3 Technical Issues
The Organisers are not responsible for technical failures, interruptions, or connection issues that may impact your ability to participate in the Webinar.
6.4 Liability Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the Organisers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Webinar.
7. Amendments & Governing Law
7.1 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms as needed. The latest version will always be available on the Webinar registration page.
7.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, and by registering for the Webinar, your agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
By registering for this Webinar, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
