Privacy Collection Notice


1. When you access www.coinstash.com.au, www.coinstash.io, www.twmt.com.au, any sub-domains and any associated web-based and mobile applications, including APIs (the “Website”), operated by TWMT Pty Ltd trading as Coinstash AU (ABN 76 621 581 584) (“TWMT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”),  we may collect personal information from you to register and manage your Account(s), verify your identity, process transactions, enable access to platform features, provide you with our products and services, and for purposes otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy.


2. We may disclose your personal information to law enforcement agencies, regulators or government authorities if required or authorised by law, including for the purposes of complying with our obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth).


3. We may also disclose your personal information to any appointed advisers (if requested) and in accordance with our Website Terms and Conditions. Where you authorise a third-party professional such as an accountant, financial adviser or tax agent to access your Account via our Adviser Portal, we may make selected personal information (such as transaction history, portfolio balances and reports) available to them in line with our Website Terms and Conditions.

We may also disclose personal information to financial institutions, payment service providers, identity verification providers (e.g. document verification services or biometric authentication service providers), credit bureaus, and contracted third-party service providers who assist us in delivering our services or meeting our regulatory obligations.


5. If you do not provide us with some or all the personal information we request, we may not be able to provide you with access to your Account, complete identity verification, or offer you access to some or all features of our services.

We may disclose personal information to our service providers or third-party contractors located outside Australia, including in countries where our verification, technology infrastructure, or support functions are based. This may include for identity verification purposes, secure data hosting, or customer support, or other purposes set out in this collection notice or our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to ensure any offshore disclosures comply with the Australian Privacy Principles.
