If a client has invited you to view their Coinstash portfolio, this guide shows you how to accept the invitation and set up your Adviser Portal login.
Before you start
Find the invitation email in the inbox of the email address your client invited.
You'll need to use that same email address to log in later.
⚠️ If you weren't expecting an invitation, check with your client directly before clicking any links. Scammers sometimes send fake invitations.
Step-by-step: accepting the invitation
Step 1 – Open the invitation
Click Accept Invite in the email, or copy and paste the invitation link into your browser.
Step 2 – Set your password
Create a password that meets the password strength requirements. Use a password you don't use anywhere else, and don't share your login with anyone, including colleagues.
Step 3 – Accept the terms
Read and accept the terms and conditions. These include the Adviser Access Agreement, which sets out how you may use your client's data.
Step 4 – Log in
Log in at https://coinstash.com.au/auth/signin using the email address you were invited on and the password you just created.

What happens next
The first time you log in, you'll be asked to verify your mobile phone. See Logging in for the First Time. Once you're set up, your client will appear in your dashboard with view-only access. See View-Only Access Explained.
Troubleshooting
The Accept Invite button doesn't work. Copy the invitation link from the email and paste it directly into your browser's address bar.
My password isn't accepted. Make sure it meets all of the password strength requirements shown on screen.
I can't find the invitation email. Check your spam or junk folder, and ask your client to confirm the email address they used.
