Cryptocurrency withdrawal

Before proceeding with a cryptocurrency withdrawal on Coinstash, it's essential to ensure a smooth process. Make sure you have enough limit to withdraw the cryptocurrency and that the network you're withdrawing is supported by your external wallet.

How to withdraw cryptocurrency:

For Coinstash App

Once logged in, you'll be directed to your dashboard. Look for the "Withdraw" option and select "Crypto"















Choose the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw from the list of available options. Click on the coin's name to proceed.






Provide Withdrawal Details

a. Enter the external wallet address where you want to receive your cryptocurrency. Double-check this address to ensure accuracy. Using an incorrect address may result in the loss of your funds. it is also important to note that the network you select for withdrawal should align with the network of your external wallet.





b. Enter the amount of the selected cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw. Ensure the amount is within your available balance.






Carefully review the withdrawal details, including the destination address and withdrawal amount. Make sure everything is accurate.





Approval from Coinstash team to approve the withdrawal.
Coins will reflect in your wallet.


For Web Browser Procedure

Access the Withdrawal Section

a, Once logged in, you'll land on your account dashboard.
b. On the portfolio page, locate and select the cryptocurrency you intend to withdraw. Click the "Withdraw" option associated with your chosen crypto.





Enter the wallet address where you want to receive your cryptocurrency. Ensure the address is accurate, as any errors can result in permanent loss of funds.






Specify the amount of the chosen cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw. Ensure the amount falls within your available balance. Then click, "Send".




Carefully review the withdrawal details, including the wallet address and withdrawal amount, to ensure accuracy.




Approval from Coinstash team to approve the withdrawal.
Coins will reflect in your wallet.

Some of the coins specially Defi doesn't have an option to withdraw through app. You can reach out to our customer service team and provide the following details to do an OTC withdrawal.

Type of Defi Coins you want to withdraw
Amount of Defi Coins
Wallet address and type of network

Our OTC team will get back to you to assist you for the withdrawal. Please take note that you will be shouldering the network fee (Not a Coinstash fee). You must be active during the withdrawal process since to get the spot price of the Defi.


Why the network fee is too high?
Unfortunately, Coinstash doesn't have the ability to control over the network fees. Network fees increases based on the demands of the coins in the network. We recommend monitoring the network fees before doing a transfers.


Things to remember
* You can't withdraw cryptocurrency if your wallet doesn't support the network that we have.
* You'll be covering for the network fees.
* Don't use cryptocurrency for unusual activities.
