Withdrawing AUD

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to withdraw AUD (Australian Dollars) from Coinstash using the mobile app:


To Withdraw AUD from your CoinStash account, select “Withdraw" and choose "AUD” from the menu.







You're presented with your withdrawal options. If you want to withdraw to a different bank account, you can add a new one. For more details on how to do this, check out this link, here.




Please be advised, you must withdraw to your own bank account when, as third party withdrawals are not allowed (for example you cannot withdraw to a friend or family member's bank account).

Enter the amount of AUD you want to withdraw to your bank account (this example uses AUD $10).






Double-check your chosen method and the amount to ensure everything is accurate before tapping "Confirm Withdrawal"





After confirming the withdrawal, you will be prompted for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.




Once you've entered the correct 2FA code, your withdrawal will be confirmed. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that your withdrawal is being processed.

Just a heads up – the journey from withdrawal confirmation to your bank account might take a bit. It's usually up to 2 business days due to standard bank processing times. So, a little patience goes a long way!
