How do I Deposit Cryptocurrencies



To be eligible to deposit cryptocurrencies, your Coinstash account must be Tier 1 verified.


How to deposit:



On our Website:

Click on "Deposit" and then "Crypto" in your Coinstash dashboard, then scroll down and press "Next". If you are using our Website on your mobile phone, press the light purple arrow beside the notifications bell icon.







Select which type of Cryptocurrency and Network you will be using.



Scan the QR code or copy the wallet address provided.




Log in to your other Crypto wallet and send the coins to the nominated wallet address provided by Coinstash.
Send the Cryptocurrency and wait for the Network to confirm the transfer. Once the Network confirms the transfer, the Crypto will be reflected in your Coinstash account.


On our Mobile App:

Click on "Deposit", select "Crypto" and then select "Next".







Search for the Cryptocurrency you want to be transferred in your Coinstash account. If My Assets has a blue highlight tap it, so it will display all of the available Cryptocurrency.




Select Network that is supported by your wallet and copy the wallet address or scan the QR code.




Log in to your other Crypto wallet and send the coins to the nominated wallet address provided by Coinstash.

Send the Cryptocurrency and wait for the Network to confirm the transfer. Once the Network confirms the transfer the Crypto will be reflected in your Coinstash account.

There is no minimum or maximum amount when depositing Cryptocurrency.

If the wallet address doesn’t show, you can reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.

Things to remember
* Make sure the Network you'll be selecting is supported by your other wallet. Using incorrect type of wallet address might cause of losing your cryptocurrency. For example, if you selected network type is Ethereum, the sender or your wallet address should be using Ethereum as well.
* Avoid typing the wallet address. We recommend to copy the entire wallet address or scan the QR code. Wallet address is case sensitive. Incorrect character will cause losing your Cryptocurrency that you'll be sending.
* Losing Cryptocurrency due to incorrect wallet address provided or different Network is not responsibility of Coinstash. Unfortunately, we don't have ability to control the transfer in network.
