How to Connect to a Client
There are two ways to connect to a client’s account in the Coinstash Adviser Portal. Both options are secure, flexible, and give you the same view-only access once the connection is established. Option 1: Be Invited by a Client If your client already has a Coinstash account, they can invite you directly from their dashboard. When you’re connected to a client’s SMSF account through the Coinstash Adviser Portal, you are granted view-only access. If you no longer need access to a client’s SMSF account via the Adviser Portal, the disconnection from their account process is simple. At present, disconnection needs to be initiated by the client. Advisers can't remove themselves directly, but clients can do so at any time via their account settings. How to Request Disconnection If you'd like to disconnect from a client’s account: 1.
