Request Deposit Address
Coinstash is committed to giving customers early access to a wide range of low-cap coins before they’re listed on major global exchanges. In certain cases, this means listing coins for trading before wallet support is fully developed to handle deposits for that coin. When this happens, you may see a message: "Couldn't get a deposit address" (for desktop and mobile website) or "Asset is not supported by wallet service" (for mobile app).

Clicking on the button, "Request Deposit Address" (for desktop and mobile website) or "Contact Support" (for mobile app), will start a live chat with our customer support team who will ask for some information about your deposit so that we can track and credit your funds.
Our team will require the following information before providing a wallet address:
How much crypto you wish to deposit. (Providing the exact amount will prevent any delays with crediting funds to your account.)
A timeframe for the deposit.
Our customer support team will then provide you with the wallet details for your deposit via the live chat. If you're away from your computer at the time, you will receive an email instead.
In order to credit the funds to your account, we will require the transaction hash / ID after you have completed the transfer.
