Instant PAYID Deposits via ING Mobile App

Please ensure the name on your bank account matches the name registered to your Coinstash account. Third party deposits (depositing from a bank account that has a different name) will flag your account for review.

Finding your unique email address

Open up Coinstash and find your unique Coinstash PAYID Email Address for your bank transfer by clicking on 'QUICK DEPOSIT' or 'Deposit AUD:

ING Mobile Banking App

Step 1: Tap the 'Pay' icon located on the top right, and select 'PAY ANYONE':



Step 2: Under 'To', select the '+' icon:



Step 3: In 'ADDRESS BOOK', select the '+' icon and choose 'PAYID':



Step 4: In 'NEW RECIPIENT', tap 'PAYID type', select 'Email':



Step 5: Enter the Coinstash PAYID Email Address you got from your Coinstash account:



Step 6: Check the Payee details and click 'DONE:



Step 7: Enter the AUD amount you are transferring, and then click 'PAY':



Step 8: When the PAYID payment is complete, your Coinstash balance updates in real time! Please wait for a few seconds and your AUD balance will appear.
