I Want to Deposit Crypto but I Can't Find My Coin

Your Coinstash account must be at least Tier 1 to deposit cryptocurrency.

No Coins Found (Deposit Crypto)

Coinstash is committed to giving customers early access to a wide range of low-cap coins before they’re listed on major global exchanges. In certain cases, this means listing coins for trading before wallet support is fully developed to handle deposits for that coin. When this happens, searching for a coin under Deposit Crypto will show a "No coins found..." result.

You can also check on the coin's page, to see if deposits and withdrawals are available for a coin.

Our product team is actively working to expand wallet support for as many coins as quickly as possible. Rest assured, deposits will be enabled for all coins as soon as possible.

No Coins Found (All Crypto)

In some cases, when searching for a coin under "All Crypto," you may see the message "No matching coins found..." This indicates that the coin has not yet been listed on Coinstash.

We're always on the lookout for new coins to list and welcome new coin listing requests from our customers.
