How to find your Transaction Hash
The Transaction Hash (TXID) is a unique identifier that confirms your crypto transfer on the blockchain.
Here’s how to find it depending on where you sent from:
🏦 From a Centralised Exchange (e.g. Coinspot, Binance, Swyftx)
- Log into your exchange account
- Go to your Wallet, Transaction History or Funding section
- Find the withdrawal you just made
- Look for the Transaction ID, TX Hash, or Blockchain Explorer link
- Copy the hash (it’s a long string of letters and numbers)
🔐 From a Wallet (e.g. MetaMask, Ledger, Trust Wallet)
MetaMask
- Open MetaMask and go to the Activity tab
- Tap the transaction you sent
- Click on View on block explorer
- On the explorer page (e.g. Etherscan, Soiscan), you’ll see a Transaction Hash at the top
- Copy this hash
Ledger
- Open Ledger Live and go to Accounts
- Click on the account used to send the transaction
- Find the transaction in the history list
- Click on it and open the Explorer link
- Copy the transaction hash shown
Trust Wallet
- Go to the Wallet tab and tap on the coin you sent
- Find the transaction in the list
- Tap the transaction, then select More Details
It will open the transaction in a blockchain explorer – copy the Transaction Hash
