How to find your Transaction Hash

The Transaction Hash (TXID) is a unique identifier that confirms your crypto transfer on the blockchain.

Here’s how to find it depending on where you sent from:

🏦 From a Centralised Exchange (e.g. Coinspot, Binance, Swyftx)

  1. Log into your exchange account
  2. Go to your Wallet, Transaction History or Funding section
  3. Find the withdrawal you just made
  4. Look for the Transaction ID, TX Hash, or Blockchain Explorer link
  5. Copy the hash (it’s a long string of letters and numbers)

🔐 From a Wallet (e.g. MetaMask, Ledger, Trust Wallet)

MetaMask

  1. Open MetaMask and go to the Activity tab
  2. Tap the transaction you sent
  3. Click on View on block explorer
  4. On the explorer page (e.g. Etherscan, Soiscan), you’ll see a Transaction Hash at the top
  5. Copy this hash

Ledger

  1. Open Ledger Live and go to Accounts
  2. Click on the account used to send the transaction
  3. Find the transaction in the history list
  4. Click on it and open the Explorer link
  5. Copy the transaction hash shown

Trust Wallet

  1. Go to the Wallet tab and tap on the coin you sent
  2. Find the transaction in the list
  3. Tap the transaction, then select More Details

It will open the transaction in a blockchain explorer – copy the Transaction Hash
