How do I Withdraw AUD? (Mobile Website)

How to withdraw AUD:

1. Click on the profile picture icon.

2. Click on "Withdraw AUD".

3. You will be prompted to select a saved bank account or withdraw to a new bank account.

4. If adding a new account, enter your bank account details and click on the "Save account" button.

5. Upload a bank statement and click on the "Send Bank Statement" button.

6. Please wait for our team to verify your bank account. "Pending" will appear next to your bank account while your bank details are being reviewed. This can take between 1-2 days to be completed.

7. Select the bank account that you would like to withdraw AUD to. Verified bank accounts have a blue tick badge next to them.

8. Enter in the withdraw amount and click on the "Next" button.

9. Click on the "Confirm Withdraw" button to finalise your withdrawal.
