How do I Upgrade My Account to Tier 4? (Desktop Website)
Your account must be at Tier 3 before you can request an upgrade to Tier 4.

How to Upgrade Your Account to Tier 4:
Click on your profile image / name in the top right hand corner.

Select "Settings".

Click on the "Upgrade" button, located in the "Unlock Tier 4" panel.
You will be required to complete a Source of Funds/Wealth Declaration to upgrade your account to Tier 4.

A customer support chat window will pop up with a pre-filled message requesting a Tier 4 upgrade. Click on the send message button which is symbolised by an up arrow. The customer support team will then reply to your message with a link to the Source of Funds/Wealth Declaration.

Complete the Source of Funds/Wealth Declaration.
Once the declaration has been completed, our onboarding team will review the information and upgrade your account to Tier 4.
We aim to process all Tier 4 upgrade requests within two business days.
