How do I Upgrade My Account to Tier 4? (Mobile App)
Your account must be at Tier 3 before you can request an upgrade to Tier 4.

How to Upgrade Your Account to Tier 4:
- Click on your profile image in the top right hand corner.

- Click on "My Account".

- Click on the "Edit" button.
You will be required to complete a Source of Funds/Wealth Declaration to upgrade your account to Tier 4.

- Complete the Source of Funds/Wealth Declaration.

Once the declaration has been completed, our onboarding team will review the information and upgrade your account to Tier 4.
We aim to process all Tier 4 upgrade requests within two business days.Updated on: 08/05/2025
