How do I Send Crypto from Swyftx to Coinstash?

Your Coinstash account must be at least Tier 1 to send cryptocurrency to Coinstash.

How to send cryptocurrency from Swyftx to Coinstash:

Click on "Withdraw" in the side menu.

Click on "Select an asset".

Search and select an asset to withdraw.

Select an address or add a new address. This will be your Coinstash wallet address for the asset selected.

You can find step-by-step instructions for locating your Coinstash wallet address in the guide further below.

If you are adding a new address, type in an "Address nickname" and copy-paste your Coinstash wallet address.

If multiple blockchains are available for the asset, you will need to select the blockchain network. Make sure the network that you select is the same as the Coinstash network.

You will be prompted to authorise the new address via an SMS code.

You will also be required to verify via email.

Once your Coinstash wallet address has been added, you will be able to select the Coinstash address from the withdraw screen.

Select the amount you would like to withdraw, including a reason for the withdrawal and then click on the "Continue" button.

You will need to complete 2FA via mobile and email, to finalise your withdrawal and send crypto to Coinstash.

Wait for the blockchain network to confirm the transfer. Once the network confirms the transfer, the crypto will be reflected in your Coinstash account.

How to find your Coinstash wallet address:

Click on the "Deposit" button.

Click on the "Crypto" button, and then press "Next".

Search crypto and select which cryptocurrency you would like to deposit.

If you see the message: "No coins found..." please click here to learn more.

If you are prompted to "Request Deposit Address" please click here to learn more.

Select the blockchain network.

Scan the QR code or copy the wallet address provided.

Important things to remember:
* Make sure the blockchain network that you select is the same on both platforms. Using an incorrect wallet address or selecting the wrong blockchain could result in the loss of your cryptocurrency.
* Avoid typing your wallet address. We recommend copying and pasting the entire wallet address. Wallet addresses are case sensitive.
* Coinstash is not responsible for cryptocurrency losses resulting from an incorrect wallet address or selecting the wrong blockchain. Unfortunately, we cannot control the transfer within the network.
