We reserve the right to close the account(s) of any users and to cancel all related referral bonuses if, at our sole discretion, we determine that the referring and/or referred user has tampered with the Program or used or attempted to use the Program in a fraudulent, abusive, unethical, unsportsmanlike, or otherwise suspicious manner, or in violation of these terms or any applicable law or regulation.

We may use internal referral codes as part of its advertising and marketing activities.

We will not be held liable for any losses incurred by any person in connection with their participation in the Program, including but not limited to losses incurred by errors, omissions, or technical malfunctions that may occur in connection with the Program.

Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel the Program or change these terms, conditions, and methods through which referral bonuses may be earned at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion.

These rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Queensland courts.
