What is STASH Back?

STASH Back is a reward you can choose to receive from your trading activities on Coinstash.

When STASH Back is enabled, you earn STASH Points on trades based on your Membership level and trading volume, while the standard trade fee percentage applies (with no discount). Learn more about STASH here. 

To put it simply, you always pay the standard trade fee if you choose the STASH Back rewards. STASH Back rewards you with STASH Points, and the higher your Membership level, the more STASH Points you earn.

STASH Back is optional — if you prefer to receive instant lower trade fees, you can continue using Fee Discounts instead.

How STASH Back Works

When you make an eligible trade with STASH Back enabled:

1. You pay the standard trade fee for your membership level.
2. You receive STASH Points based on:

• the AUD amount traded, and
• your membership level’s corresponding STASH Back rate.

Points you earned will appear in the Rewards section on your mobile app.

You can switch between Fee Discounts and STASH Back anytime.

The above rates represent how many STASH points you will receive, calculated as a percentage of the standard trade fee (determined at the standard rate) for your trade.

How to Enable or Disable STASH Back

You can choose your preferred reward type from your dashboard:

Web:

Dashboard → Memberships → Reward Preference

App:

Profile Menu → Memberships → Reward Preference

You can switch between:

• Fee Discounts (default), or
• STASH Back (STASH Points)

Your selection only applies to future trades — it does not change past rewards or fees.

What Can I Do With STASH Back?

STASH Back rewards you with STASH Points, which can be redeemed for:

• Eligible digital assets (STASH Convert);
• Wheel spins;
• Lucky Draws;
• Mystery Boxes; and
• Coinstash merchandise.

Redemption options may vary depending on the promotions made available by Coinstash from time to time

Where Can I See My STASH Back Rewards?

You can view your STASH Back history in your transaction history.

STASH Back rewards are instantly added to your STASH Point balance.

Important Notes

• STASH Back is optional — switching back to Fee Discounts is allowed anytime.
• Past trades are not affected when you change your reward preference.
• STASH Points expire after 6 months of no eligible earning or redemption activity (noting earning STASH by maintaining balance in your account is not counted as an eligible earning activity).
• STASH Back only applies to trades.
• STASH Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
