What are STASH Points?

STASH Points are the loyalty points of Coinstash’s loyalty program - Coinstash Rewards.

They can be earned through eligible activities on the platform and later redeemed in the Coinstash Rewards ecosystem for a range of rewards such as Coinstash merchandise, certain eligible digital assets, prize draws, and other promotions.

How STASH Points Work

STASH Points are loyalty points earned through your active participation on Coinstash, including using our products and services available on the Coinstash platform.

They are automatically credited to your account when you complete certain eligible activities, such as trading, holding eligible digital assets, or taking part in promotions.

Each user’s STASH Point balance is displayed in the Rewards sector on the Coinstash mobile app.

How to Earn STASH Points

You can earn STASH Points in three main ways:

Trading Activity

Earn points from eligible trading activity based on your membership level and trading volume.

Maintaining Digital Asset Balances

Earn points by maintaining balances of eligible digital assets on the platform over time.

Promotions and Campaigns

Earn points by completing tasks or joining special Coinstash promotions (e.g. Wheel of Fortune, Mystery Boxes, or lucky draw entries).

How to Redeem STASH Points

STASH Points can be redeemed directly within your Coinstash account on the mobile app.

Redemption options may include:

• Redeeming points for certain selected digital assets;
• Using points to enter prize draws;
• Using points to enter wheel spins;
• Using points to open mystery boxes; and
• Redeeming points for Coinstash merchandise (when available).

All redemption options and their point values are shown in the Rewards Centre when available.

Where to View Your STASH Points

You can see your:

• Current STASH Point balance;
• Pending STASH Points amount for your balance of eligible digital assets;
• Monthly STASH Points earned through Stash Back on trade through Coinstash Membership.

Important Notes

• STASH Points have no cash value and cannot be converted to cash.
• STASH Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Earning and redeeming of STASH Points are subject to the terms of Coinstash Rewards, which can be accessed here.
• Redemption availability may vary depending on campaign or inventory availability.
