Understanding the Transactions Report

The Transaction History Report is a comprehensive ledger of all crypto-related activity for your client’s Coinstash SMSF account.


This report tracks all movements involving crypto assets, from buys and sells to staking rewards and internal transfers, with full audit and tax detail.


What’s Included?

  • Date & Time of each transaction
  • Type of event (buy, sell, swap, reward, bonuses, transfers)
  • Asset involved (e.g. BTC, ETH)
  • Amount (in crypto and AUD equivalent at time of event)
  • Fees (if applicable)
  • Wallet movement details (where relevant)
  • CSV and PDF available

Use Cases

  • Calculating capital gains or losses (CGT)
  • Identifying income events (rewards, bonuses)
  • Reconciling audit documents for the financial year
  • Feeding data into tax tools (CTC, Koinly, Syla)


Where to Find It

  • Log in to the Adviser Portal
  • Select a client
  • Download the Transaction History Report (CSV or PDF)


Notes

  • Includes all crypto related transactions
  • Use the Cash Statement to cross-reference any AUD inflows/outflows
  • Available to advisers with linked, view-only access to clients
