Cash Statement


The Cash Statement is a detailed report of all fiat (AUD) cash movements in and out of your Coinstash account.


It helps accountants and auditors reconcile real-money flows for the financial year and verify that all trades and activities are supported by matching deposits or withdrawals.


Cash Statements include:

  • Date of each deposit or withdrawal
  • Description (e.g. Deposit in, Withdrawal, Trade, Trade Fees, Commission, Bonus)
  • Amount in/out
  • Running balance
  • Bank reference or ID (when available)


Transaction History


The Transaction History Report is a comprehensive ledger of all crypto-related activity for your Coinstash account.


This report tracks all movements involving crypto assets, such as buys, sells, swaps, deposits, withdrawals, rewards, bonuses and promotions with full audit and tax detail.


Transaction History includes:

  • Date & Time of each transaction
  • Type of event (e.g. buy, sell, swap, reward, bonuses, transfers)
  • Asset involved (e.g. BTC, ETH)
  • Amount (in crypto and AUD at time of event)
  • Fees (if applicable)
  • Wallet movement details (where relevant)
  • CSV and PDF available


Account Holdings Statement


The Account Holdings Statement provides a snapshot of all crypto assets held in your account as at 30 June at 11:59:59PM.


These statements are prepared in line with audit expectations.


Account Holdings Statements include:

  • Asset types
  • Quantity of each asset held
  • Value (AUD) of each asset based on market price
