How to Connect to a Client
There are two ways to connect to a client’s account in the Coinstash Adviser Portal.
Both options are secure, flexible, and give you the same view-only access once the connection is established.
Option 1: Be Invited by a Client
If your client already has a Coinstash account, they can invite you directly from their dashboard.
Here’s how it works:
- Your client logs in to their Coinstash account
- They go to:
Settings > Adviser Access
- They enter your name and email, then click Invite
- You’ll receive an email with a link to accept the invitation
- Once accepted, the client will appear in your Adviser Portal dashboard
Option 2: Invite the Client to Coinstash
If your client is not yet on Coinstash, you can invite them to set up their Coinstash account from the Adviser Portal.
Here’s how it works:
- Log in to your Adviser Portal
- In the top right click on "Send Invite"
- Enter your client’s name and email
- Your client receives an invitation to join Coinstash and set up their account (individual, company, trust or SMSF)
- After they’ve created their account, ask them to invite you via
Settings > Adviser Access
What Access Will I Have?
Once connected to their account, you’ll get:
- View-only access to their portfolio
- Downloadable EOFY and audit reports
- Real-time visibility of transactions and holdings
You will not be able to trade or move funds. Your access is strictly read-only for compliance and security.
