How do I Upload a File in the Customer Support Chat? (Desktop Website)

Uploading a file in the customer support chat isn't available through the mobile app.

How to Upload a File in the Customer Support Chat:

Start a customer support chat by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

Inside of the chat window, click on the icon that looks like a paperclip.

Select the file that you wish to upload in the chat and then click on the "Open" button.
