How do I Upgrade My Account to Tier 5? (Mobile Website)
Your account must be at Tier 4 before you can request an upgrade to Tier 5.

How to Upgrade Your Account to Tier 5:
Click on your profile image in the top right hand corner.

Click on "Settings".

Click on the "Upgrade" button, located in the "Unlock Tier 5" panel.
Approval from a Coinstash Director will be required to upgrade your account to Tier 5.

A customer support chat window will pop up with a pre-filled message requesting a Tier 5 upgrade. Click on the send message button which is symbolised by an up arrow. The customer support team will then escalate the request.

Once approval from a Coinstash Director has been received, our onboarding team will upgrade your account to Tier 5.
We aim to process all Tier 5 upgrade requests within two business days.
