How do I Upgrade My Account to Tier 5? (Mobile App)


Your account must be at Tier 4 before you can request an upgrade to Tier 5.

How to Upgrade Your Account to Tier 5:


  1. Click on your profile image in the top right hand corner.



  1. Click on "My Account".



  1. Click on the "Edit" button.


Approval from a Coinstash Director will be required to upgrade your account to Tier 5.



  1. A customer support chat window will pop up with a pre-filled message requesting a Tier 5 upgrade. Click on the send message button. The customer support team will then escalate the request.



Once approval from a Coinstash Director has been received, our onboarding team will upgrade your account to Tier 5.


We aim to process all Tier 5 upgrade requests within two business days.
