How do I Upgrade My Account to Tier 3? (Mobile Website)
Your account must be at Tier 2 before you can request an upgrade to Tier 3.

How to Upgrade Your Account to Tier 3:
Click on your profile image in the top right hand corner.

Click on "Settings".

Click on the "Upgrade" button, located in the "Unlock Tier 3" panel.
You will be required to upload a document that shows your Proof of Address to upgrade your account to Tier 3.

Upload a document that shows your Proof of Address, such as a Utility Bill, Bank Statement, or Phone Bill.

Once the document has been uploaded, our onboarding team will review the information and upgrade your account to Tier 3.
We aim to process all Tier 3 upgrade requests within two business days.
