How do I Upgrade My Account to Tier 3? (Mobile App)
How to Upgrade Your Account to Tier 3:
- Click on your profile image in the top right hand corner.
- Click on "My Account".
- Click on the "Edit" button.
- Click on the "Upload" button, located in the "Unlock Tier 3" panel.
- Upload a document that shows your Proof of Address, such as a Utility Bill, Bank Statement, or Phone Bill.
- Once the document has been uploaded, our onboarding team will review the information and upgrade your account to Tier 3.
