How do I redeem STASH Points?

You can redeem your STASH Points for a range of rewards within the Coinstash Rewards ecosystem directly through your Coinstash account.

Redemption options may include eligible crypto conversions, lucky draws, mystery boxes, wheel spins, and merchandise.

All available redemption options can be found in your dashboard under:

1. Redeem STASH Points for Crypto (STASH Convert)

You can convert your STASH Points into selected eligible digital assets using STASH Convert.

Converted crypto is deposited directly into your Coinstash account.

2. Redeem Points for Prize Draws or Events

Some promotions allow you to use STASH Points to enter:

• Lucky draws;
• Mystery Boxes;
• Wheel-based games.

Each promotion has its own rules and entry cost in STASH Points.

These appear periodically in Rewards or during special campaigns.

3. Redeem Points for Merchandise

From time to time, Coinstash may offer branded merchandise or exclusive items that can be redeemed using STASH Points.

Once you redeem for merchandise, our support team will reach out to you and ask for your desired:

• delivery address;
• size (if applicable);
• colour (if applicable).

Merchandise options will appear in your Rewards section if currently available.

4. STASH Points Expiry Reminder

STASH Points expire after 6 months of no earning or redemption activity.

To keep your points active, you need to:

• Earn STASH Points or
• Redeem some of your STASH Points

at least once every six months.

Important: Earning STASH by maintaining balance in your account is not counted as an eligible earning activity.

Important Notes

• STASH Points cannot be transferred to other users, or used outside the Coinstash Rewards ecosystem.
• STASH Points cannot be directly converted to cash.
• Redemption rates may vary depending on campaign settings, with conversion factors incorporated. See more details about earning STASH Points here. 
• Not all redemption options are available at all times.
• Promotional redemptions have separate terms and eligibility criteria, which will be published by Coinstash separately.
