How do I earn STASH Points?

You can earn STASH Points (our platform loyalty points) through eligible activities on Coinstash.

These points can later be redeemed for selected eligible crypto, lucky draws, merchandise, and other promotions. Learn more about what STASH Points are here. 

STASH Points are automatically added to your account and can be viewed under:

1. Trading Activity (STASH Back)

You can earn STASH Points when trading if you choose STASH Back as your reward preference.

• STASH Back rewards are based on the volume of your trades;
• Your Membership level determines the STASH Back rate;
• Points are credited automatically after each eligible trade.

Your reward preference can be managed under:

Dashboard → Memberships → Reward Preference

📱 Mobile App

Profile Menu → Memberships → Reward Preference

If Fee Discounts are selected instead, you will not earn STASH Points from trading.

2. Loyalty Holding Rewards (Holding Eligible Assets)

You earn STASH Points by maintaining balances of selected eligible digital assets in your account on Coinstash.

• Loyalty Rewards are based on your daily balance of eligible assets;
• Points are credited every week on Tuesday 10:15am AEST;
• Amounts vary depending on the type and balance of the assets in your account.

Not all digital assets qualify for earning STASH with Loyalty Holding Rewards, and eligibility may change over time.

3. Promotions

You may earn additional STASH Points through:

• Completing promotion quests inside Rewards (Mobile Only);
• You can claim the rewards inside Promotions within the Coinstash Rewards ecosystem.

4. STASH Points Expiry

STASH Points expire after 6 months of no earning or redemption activity. 

To keep your points active, you must earn or redeem STASH Points at least once every 6 months by trading (and selecting STASH Back rewards in Memberships), and/or participating in eligible promotions.

Important: Earning STASH by maintaining balance in your account is not counted as an eligible earning activity.
