How do I add coins to the Loyalty balance?


  1. Click on the Loyalty button.



  1. Click on the Add Balance button.



  1. Click on the supported crypto in the Add Balance list.



  1. Enter the amount of crypto you wish to transfer or click on the Add All button.



  1. Click on the Confirm button.



Reward Points will begin to accrue 24 hours after they have been added.


Reward Points are calculated daily at 10am, and credited weekly, every Tuesday at 10:00am AEST and will appear in the Pending Rewards window.
