How do I access my statements?

How do I access my statements? (Desktop only)


Accessing Account Holding Statements is only available as a feature where an adviser has been linked to your account.


Statements are accessible via desktop only.

To access your statements:


Step 1


Navigate to the profile panel located at top right of the page.


Select Settings from the dropdown.




Step 2


Scroll down to the Reports section, which can be located at the base of the page.





Account Holdings Statements are currently only available for those customers that have an adviser or financial service professional linked to their account.


If you would like to link your adviser or accountant to your account, select the Invite Adviser button, enter their email address, and then select Share Access.





Step 3


Select the Download button against the statement you would like to obtain, followed by which year you require. Once selected, the statement will download.
