How can I maintain or upgrade my Membership level?

Your Coinstash Membership level is updated at the start of each calendar month.

Your level for the new month is based on your trading volume and, for higher levels (Gold and above), your average balance from the previous month.

1. How to Upgrade Your Membership Level

You can move up to a higher Membership level by reaching the monthly trading volume requirement for that level.

Upgrades are based only on trading activity.

Average balance does not upgrade your level.

Trading Volume Required to Upgrade

Example:

If you trade $30,000 in a month, you will be upgraded to Gold for the next month.

2. How to Maintain Your Current Level

You can keep your current level by meeting one of the following requirements during the month:

For Starter, Bronze, and Silver

You must meet the trading volume requirement to retain the level.

For Gold and above

You can retain your level by meeting either:

• the trading volume requirement, or
• the average balance requirement for your level

Average Balance Required to Retain (Gold+)

Example:

If you are Platinum and only trade $40,000 in a calendar  month, you can still keep Platinum by maintaining an average balance of $500,000 for the month.

3. When Your Membership Updates

Membership reviews occur at the start of each calendar month.

• Your previous month’s activities determine your membership for the new month.
• Once your membership is assigned for the month, it remains until the next review — there are no mid-month expiries.

4. What Counts Toward Trading Volume?

Trading volume includes:

• Buy trades;
• Sell trades;
• Swap trades;
• Bundle trades; and
• Auto-buy trades.

5. Tips to Maintain or Upgrade

• Regular trading helps maintain or move up levels.
• For Gold and above, maintaining an average balance gives an alternative way to keep your level.
• You can check your monthly progress anytime under Dashboard → Memberships.
