Coinstash Rewards Promotions – Terms & Conditions

These Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to Coinstash Rewards promotions ("Coinstash Rewards Promotions") offered by the Promoter to eligible participants for completing prescribed promotional tasks within Coinstash Rewards. 

By participating in a Coinstash Rewards Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Website Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy (together, the "Agreement"), including any definitions, rules, obligations, and conditions incorporated or referenced in those documents. 

Promoter

TWMT Pty Ltd ACN 621 581 584 trading as Coinstash AU (“Coinstash”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

Eligibility

To qualify for the Coinstash Rewards Promotion, you must:

• be at least 18 years of age;

• be a resident of Australia;

• have a fully verified and active individual account in accordance with our Platform’s onboarding and compliance requirements;

• not be excluded from the Coinstash Platform;

• be already enrolled in our Coinstash Rewards program with an Eligible Account; 

• meet the eligibility criteria as set out in the Individual Promotion Conditions section for the applicable Coinstash Rewards Promotion; and

• not have found to be in breach of Coinstash’s Website Terms and Conditions, or other applicable Coinstash policies. 

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may suspend or terminate your access to any Coinstash Rewards Promotion if we determine you are not eligible or have breached the Agreement.

Individual Promotion Conditions

Facebook Follow

• Description: Stay updated with Coinstash news, product updates, feature releases and key community announcements shared through our official Facebook page. This promotion offers a one-off bonus that is awarded only once per eligible participant upon meeting the Action Required criteria.
• Action Required: Follow the official Coinstash Facebook page using a valid and active Facebook account. The Facebook account must belong to you, must not be newly created solely for this Promotion, and must be reasonably verifiable as linked to your Coinstash account through identity, behavioural, or metadata checks. You must remain a follower at the time Coinstash verifies eligibility.

First Trade Spark

• Description: Kickstart your trading journey by placing your first-ever trade on Coinstash. This promotion is designed to help our users experience how trading works on the Platform. Only users who have not executed any trades before the promotion start date on Coinstash are eligible.
• Action Required: Complete your first-ever trade on Coinstash by executing a buy, sell, or crypto-to-crypto swap with a trade value of at least AUD $20 or the AUD-equivalent at the time of execution. 
• Reward: 200 STASH

X Follow

• Description: Receive real-time announcements, platform updates, alerts and commentary through our official X (Twitter) channel. This promotion offers a one-off bonus that is awarded only once per eligible participant upon meeting the Action Required criteria.
• Action Required: Follow the official Coinstash X account using an active and legitimate X account that belongs to you and can be reasonably verified against your Coinstash identity. The account must not be automated, dormant or misleading. You must remain a follower through the verification period.
• Reward: 100 STASH

Trade Explorer

• Description: Build confidence as a new trader by completing small, steady trades that help you become familiar with the Platform and market flows.This promotion offers a one-off bonus that is awarded only once per eligible participant upon meeting the Action Required criteria.
• Action Required: Reach a cumulative trading volume of AUD $300, or the AUD-equivalent at the time of execution, through fully completed trades on Coinstash. Cancelled, reversed, internal, or invalid transactions do not count. Trading volume is measured based on the trade value at execution and must be verified as legitimate and compliant.
• Reward: 400 STASH

• Description: Stay connected with Coinstash’s professional updates, company progress and industry insights shared on LinkedIn. This promotion offers a one-off bonus that is awarded only once per eligible participant upon meeting the Action Required criteria.
• Action Required: Follow the official Coinstash LinkedIn page using your personal LinkedIn account. The account must be identifiable as yours, not newly created solely for the Promotion, and must remain connected until verification is complete.

• Description: Step up your monthly trading activity by reaching a higher total trading volume and building a consistent trading rhythm. This promotion offers a one-off bonus that is awarded only once per eligible participant upon meeting the Action Required criteria.
• Action Required: Reach a cumulative trading volume of AUD $1,000 or the AUD-equivalent at the time of execution. Trading activity must not involve wash trading, artificial volume creation, or other manipulative behaviour. Only verified, compliant trades count toward the volume requirement.

• Action Required: Follow the official Coinstash Instagram account using an authentic Instagram account associated with you. The account must not be recently created solely for the Promotion, and Coinstash must be able to verify ownership or linkage as reasonably required.

Limitless Possibilities

• Description: Grow your trading capabilities by achieving a higher cumulative trading target and learning to scale your entries as you gain experience. This promotion offers a one-off bonus that is awarded only once per eligible participant upon meeting the Action Required criteria.
• Action Required: Reach a cumulative trading volume of AUD $5,000 or the AUD-equivalent at the time of execution, on Coinstash through completed trades. Trades considered manipulative, voided, reversed, or otherwise non-compliant will not count.
• Reward: 2,500 STASH

TikTok Follow

• Description: Enjoy short-form, entertaining and educational Coinstash content, including updates, tips and highlights shared on TikTok. This promotion offers a one-off bonus that is awarded only once per eligible participant upon meeting the Action Required criteria.
• Action Required: Follow the official Coinstash TikTok account using a genuine TikTok account that Coinstash can reasonably verify as belonging to you. The account must not be automated, impersonated, or created solely for the purpose of claiming promotional rewards.
• Reward: 100 STASH
• Start Date: 22 November 2025 at 14:00:00 UTC

Trade Warrior

• Description: Build long-term trading habits and reach major cumulative milestones as you advance your trading activity over time.
• Action Required: Reach each cumulative AUD $25,000 trading volume milestone, including the AUD-equivalent value of crypto-to-crypto swap transactions, measured at the time of execution. Only valid, completed, and compliant trades count toward each milestone. Volume must not be inflated artificially, and Coinstash may withhold rewards if suspicious or non-genuine activity is detected.
• Reward: 5,000 STASH per milestone

Bonus Allocation 

• The bonus will be credited to your account once the applicable Promotion conditions has been verified as met.

• If offered, STASH bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

Promotional Period

Each Promotion is available for the time period as specified in the Individual Promotion Conditions section above and ends until amended, suspended, or terminated by Coinstash. Coinstash reserves the right to amend, withhold, or cancel any bonus rewards if Coinstash becomes aware of any violation of the Agreement.

Other T&Cs

• Bonuses do not stack with other promotions or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise by us.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses incurred by any person in connection with their participation in the Coinstash Rewards Promotion, including but not limited to losses incurred by errors, omissions, or technical malfunctions that may occur in connection with the Coinstash Rewards Promotion.
• Additionally, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Coinstash Rewards Promotion, or these Terms, at any time without prior notice.
• We may also exclude you from participation or withhold or cancel bonuses if we suspect you have breached any part of the Agreement, engaged in fraud or misconduct, or used the Coinstash Rewards Promotion in a manner not reasonably intended by us.
• SMSF accounts are not eligible to access this promotion. We note that SMSF members are entirely responsible for ensuring their fund's compliance with regulations, including the sole purpose test under the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (Cth).
• You are solely responsible for any tax liabilities or reporting obligations arising from your receipt of any bonuses. We may withhold taxes or report rewards to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• These rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Queensland courts.
