Coinstash Rewards on Desktop

Coinstash Rewards is now available on the desktop website! You can now view your STASH Points, track promotions, earn rewards, and redeem points directly from your browser at coinstash.com.au.

All the same features you know from the mobile app are now accessible on desktop, with the same functionality and rewards ecosystem.

How to Access Rewards on Desktop

1. Log in to your Coinstash account at coinstash.com.au.
2. Click Rewards in the top navigation bar.
3. If this is your first time, click Activate now to enable Coinstash Rewards on your account.

Once activated, you will see your Rewards dashboard with your STASH Points balance, pending rewards, and available promotions.

Your Rewards Dashboard

At the top of the Rewards page, you will see three summary cards:

• Total Balance — Your total STASH Points and their approximate AUD value. Click Rewards History to view your full points history.
• Pending Rewards — Loyalty Rewards are awarded weekly in STASH, based on the current loyalty balance of your eligible assets.
• Trade Rewards — STASH Points earned through STASH Back on your trades this month. The card title updates to reflect the current month (e.g. "March Trade Rewards").

Promotions

Below the summary cards, you will find the Promotions section. Use the category filters to browse available promotions:

• All — View all available promotions.
• Starter — Promotions for new members.
• Trader — Promotions related to trading activity.
• Social — Social and community-based promotions.
• Discovery — Explore and learn promotions.

Each promotion card shows its name, STASH Point reward, description, and your progress towards completion.

Earning STASH Points on Desktop

You earn STASH Points in the same ways as on the mobile app:

1. STASH Back — Earn points on eligible trades based on your membership level. Enable STASH Back under Dashboard → Memberships → Reward Preference.
2. Loyalty Holding Rewards — Earn points by maintaining balances of eligible digital assets. Credited weekly on Tuesdays at 10:15am AEST.
3. Promotions — Complete quests and campaigns to earn bonus STASH Points.

Redeeming STASH Points on Desktop

You can redeem your STASH Points for a range of rewards directly from the desktop Rewards page:

• STASH Convert — Convert STASH Points into selected eligible digital assets.
• Lucky Draws — Use points to enter prize draws.
• Mystery Boxes — Use points to open mystery boxes.
• Wheel Spins — Use points for wheel-based games.
• Merchandise — Redeem points for Coinstash branded merchandise (when available).

Desktop vs Mobile

There is no difference in functionality between desktop and mobile. Your STASH Points balance, promotions progress, and redemption history are all synced across both platforms. Any action you take on desktop is reflected on mobile, and vice versa.

Important Notes

• STASH Points have no cash value and cannot be converted to cash.
• STASH Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
• STASH Points expire after 6 months of no eligible earning or redemption activity. Earning STASH by maintaining balances (Loyalty Holding Rewards) does not count as eligible earning activity for the purposes of the expiry.
• Redemption availability may vary depending on current promotions.
