[ACTIVE] VIP Referral Program

The Coinstash VIP Referral Program is an exclusive program available to Coinstash Private Clients.

It provides generous rewards to VIPs for referring fellow high-net-worth investors to the Coinstash platform.

Promotional Period

The Program starts on 17 April 2025 at 07:00 AEST and ends on 31 December 2025 at 23:59 AEST, or until such time Coinstash amends, suspends, or terminates the Program. Coinstash reserves the right to amend, withhold, or cancel any rewards if Coinstash becomes aware of any violation of the promotional Terms and Conditions or the website Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

To participate in the VIP Referral Program, you and your referees must:

Be at least 18 years of age;

Be residents of Australia;

Complete full account verification (KYC);

Make an initial AUD deposit; and

Be determined by Coinstash as a Private Client.

Referees must be new to Coinstash and register using your unique referral link, available at: https://coinstash.com.au/dash.

A referrer becomes ineligible to participate in the VIP Referral Program if:

The referrer’s Coinstash account is not verified, or become unverified or deactivated at any stage;

The referrer does not use the unique referral link when making the referral; or

The referrer contravenes the Terms & Conditions of the platform.

Referrer Rewards

a. Stash Points Bonus

Referrers will receive a one-off bonus of 50,000 Stash Points for each eligible referee who completes over AUD $180,000 in trading volume within 90 days of their account creation with Coinstash.

Stash Points will be credited to the referrer’s Coinstash account once the referee’s trading volume threshold is met and verified by Coinstash.

Stash Points have no cash value, which can only be used in the Coinstash Rewards ecosystem, and the use of Stash Points is subject to the Terms & Conditions of the Coinstash's Rewards Program.

The 50,000 Stash Points are awarded at the sole discretion of Coinstash, and Coinstash reserves the right to withhold, or revoke the StashPoints if we determine that the referrer and/or the referee has breached these terms and conditions, or the platform Terms and Conditions.

b. $10 BTC Bonus

Referrers will receive a one-off $10 BTC bonus, immediately credited to your Coinstash account, for each eligible referee that you successfully refer under this Program.

c. Lifetime Commission

Referrers will earn a 40% commission on the trading fees generated by each referee’s transaction on the Coinstash platform:

Commission is calculated on actual trading fees collected by Coinstash, based on the volume of transactions made by the referee on the Coinstash platform.

Commission will be paid instantly in AUD, to the referrer’s Coinstash account.

Referrers will continue to earn commissions for the lifetime of the referee’s Coinstash account, provided that:

both the referrer and the referee remain in full compliance with these terms and conditions, and the platform Terms and Conditions; and

neither account has been found to be involved in fraudulent activity, misuse, or any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or platform policies; and

both the referrer and the referee’s accounts remain active and continues to engage with the platform’s services in a manner consistent with ordinary user activity; and

Coinstash, at its sole discretion, has not determined that continued payment of commissions under this Program would result in reputational, regulatory, or operational risk; and

neither account has undergone significant changes in ownership, control, or primary use that, in the reasonable opinion of Coinstash, may affect the integrity of the referral arrangement; and

the referral relationship remains verifiable and has not been subject to dispute, manipulation, or artificial structuring designed to unduly benefit from the Program; and

Coinstash has not undergone a significant change in ownership (including by way of capital raises), structure, business model, or regulatory status that, in its sole discretion, impacts the viability or continuation of the Program.

Coinstash reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate commission payments at its sole discretion, if any of the above conditions are not met.

d. VIP-Only Promotions

VIP referrers may gain access to exclusive events, campaigns, and reward opportunities.

Additional terms may apply to specific promotions, which will be communicated separately or published separately on the Coinstash platform.

Referee Benefits

Each eligible referee will receive:

A one-off sign-up bonus of $10 BTC deposited to their Coinstash account;

3 months of Platinum Membership from the date of their account creation with Coinstash, including a 60% discount on trading fees; and

An invitation to join the Coinstash Private program for 3 months from the date of their account creation.

Other T&Cs

Bonuses do not stack with other promotions or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise by us.

You must not provide or publish any information, or make any representation about the Program to any person, other than by sharing the unique link provided to you by us. You must not represent to any person that you are an agent or representative of us, or that a referral under a Program is required in order to register a Coinstash Account.

All account registration process is subject to our standard account registration process and will be governed by the terms and conditions located at Website Terms and Conditions | Coinstash Helpdesk.

SMSF accounts are not eligible to access this Program. We note that SMSF members are entirely responsible for ensuring their fund's compliance with regulations, including the sole purpose test under the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (Cth).

We reserve the right to close the account(s) of any users and to cancel all related referral rewards and benefits if, at our sole discretion, we determine that the referring and/or referred user has tampered with the Program or used or attempted to use the Program in a fraudulent, abusive, unethical, unsportsmanlike, or otherwise suspicious manner, or in violation of these terms or any applicable law or regulation.

We may use internal referral codes as part of its advertising and marketing activities.

We will not be held liable for any losses incurred by any person in connection with their participation in the Program, including but not limited to losses incurred by errors, omissions, or technical malfunctions that may occur in connection with the Program.

Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel the Program or change these terms, conditions, and methods through which referral bonuses may be earned at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion.

By participating in the Program, referrers and referees agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

These rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Queensland courts.
