[Active] Think You Can Crack the Stash? 

Guess the number of golf balls and win $250 Bitcoin at the Heffron Super Intensive Day 2025 (Sydney). 

A jar filled with golf balls will be displayed at our stall during the Heffron Super Intensive Day 2025 event on 10 September 2025 in Sydney. This promotion rewards the participant who submits the closest correct guess of the number of golf balls in the jar. Participation in this promotion is subject to the terms below.  

Promoter

TWMT Pty Ltd ACN 621 581 584 trading as Coinstash AU (“Coinstash”, “we” or “us”).

Promotion Period

Entries open at 8:00am AEST on 10 September 2025 and close at 6:00pm AEST on the same date (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

To qualify for the promotion, you must:

• be at least 18 years of age;
• be residing in Australia;
• not be excluded from the Coinstash platform; 
• not have found to be in breach of Coinstash’s Website Terms and Conditions, or other applicable Coinstash policies; and
• be a registered attendee of the Heffron Super Intensive Day 2025 event; 
• be able to hold a fully verified personal account with Coinstash; and
• be able to complete know-your-customer (KYC) verification to the satisfaction of Coinstash.

Method of Entry

During the Promotion Period, a sealed jar containing a fixed number of Coinstash golf balls will be displayed at the Promoter’s stall at the Heffron Super Intensive Day 2025 event in Sydney.

To enter, eligible participants must:

• visit the Promoter’s stall at the Event during the Promotion Period; and
• write their full name, contact details, and a single guess of the number of golf balls contained in the jar on the guess entry form provided.

Each participant may submit only one entry. Multiple entries will be deemed invalid. 

Entries must be submitted in person at the Promoter’s stall during the Competition Period. Late, incomplete, or illegible entries will not be accepted.

Determination of Winner

The correct number of golf balls will be verified by the Promoter prior to the commencement of the Promotion Period and will remain unchanged for the duration of this promotion.

The winner will be the participant who correctly guesses the exact number of golf balls in the jar.

• If no participant correctly guesses the exact number, the winner will be the participant whose guess is closest to the correct number.
• If two or more participants submit equally correct or equally close guesses, the winner will be determined by random draw from those tied participants.

The winner will be determined by the Promoter on Thursday 11 September 2025. If the winner will need to be determined by a random draw, they will be drawn at the Coinstash office on Thursday 11 September 2025 at 3:00pm AEST. 

The winner must claim their prize. To claim the prize, a Coinstash representative will attempt to contact the winner via phone or email and provide instructions on how to claim. After the winner has claimed the prize, the prize will be credited to the Participant’s Coinstash Account within 28 calendar days.

If the prize is not claimed by the winner, or if a Coinstash representative is unable to contact the winner by email and/or phone, by 10:00am AEST 1 month after the draw, Coinstash will dispose of the unclaimed prize in accordance with the local regulations of the state or territory in which the winner resides such as a redraw, or awarding the prize to the next closest entry, and the winner will no longer be eligible to claim the prize.

If the winner is a resident of Victoria, their name will be published on our website in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. 

Prize

The prize consists of $250 AUD worth of Bitcoin (BTC), credited to the winner’s eligible Coinstash account.

If the winner does not hold an existing account, they will be required to create one and complete our account registration process within 1 month in order to receive the prize.  

Failure to create a Coinstash account within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and we reserve the right to conduct a redraw, or award the prize to the next closest valid entry.

The prize will be credited in cryptocurrency only. It is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other form of value.

The value of the prize may fluctuate due to market conditions. Coinstash is not responsible for any change in the value of the prize between the time of determination and the time of crediting.

All prize values are including GST where applicable.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the guess entry form.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
• SMSF accounts are not eligible to access this promotion. We note that SMSF members are entirely responsible for ensuring their fund's compliance with regulations, including the sole purpose test under the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (Cth).
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by participants in connection with this promotion or the prize, including without limitation any loss or fluctuation in value of cryptocurrency.
• The Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
• If you or your Entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions, your entry may be voided. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's satisfaction the validity of your Entry (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not amount to a waiver of those rights.

  • breach any law; or
  • behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate directly or indirectly in relation to the Promotion.
• The Promoter needs to collect the personal information of participants so that the participant can be entered into the Promotion. The Promoter will use participants’' personal information to conduct and manage the Promotion. The Promoter may disclose participants' personal information to its related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this Promotion and to communicate with participants, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://help.coinstash.com.au/en/article/privacy-policy-1ghiowf/. 
• The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize. You should seek independent financial advice. 
• If any dispute arises between a participant of the Promotion and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this Promotion or claiming a Prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider the participant’s point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence the participant puts forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• These rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Queensland courts.
