[Active] $500 BTC Anniversary SMSF Campaign 

Eligible Self-Managed Super Fund (“SMSF”) accounts can receive up to $500 BTC during the Promotional Period under this $500 BTC Anniversary SMSF Campaign (“Promotion”). 

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Website Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any applicable Promotional Materials or campaign-specific rules (together, the "Agreement").

Promoter

TWMT Pty Ltd ACN 621 581 584 trading as Coinstash AU (“TWMT”, “Coinstash”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

Eligibility

To qualify for the Promotion, you must:

• be at least 18 years of age;

• be a resident of Australia;

• be an SMSF account holder;

• meet one of the following conditions:
• (a) create a new and valid SMSF account during the Promotional Period; or
• (b) have an existing and valid SMSF account but have not completed Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) verification prior to the Promotional Period; or
• (c) have an existing, valid, and verified SMSF account but have not made any deposits or transactions prior to the Promotional Period; and

• not be excluded from participation in promotions under our platform terms or policies; and

• complete KYC verification before any reward can be credited. 

The Promotion is not open to existing SMSF accounts that have previously deposited or traded prior to the Promotional Period. 

Existing SMSF customers must complete setup and deposit by 30 September 2025 to qualify. 

The Promotion is limited to one reward per eligible SMSF account. Multiple accounts or duplicate registrations are not eligible. 

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may suspend or terminate your access to the Promotion if we determine you are not eligible.

How to Participate 

To participate in the Promotion, eligible users must: 

• create or complete setup of an SMSF account during the Promotional Period;

• complete KYC verification successfully; and

• deposit funds into the SMSF account during the Promotional Period.

Only completed, valid deposits and verified accounts will qualify. Cancelled, reversed, or failed deposits do not count toward the Net Deposit requirement.

Bonus Allocation 

Upon meeting the eligibility and participation requirements, eligible users will receive up to AUD $500 equivalent in Bitcoin (BTC), allocated as follows:

• Account Creation Bonus: $100 in BTC

• Verification Bonus: $100 in BTC

• Deposit Bonus: $100 in BTC per $10,000 Net Deposit, up to a maximum of $300 in BTC.

The Deposit Bonus will be calculated at the end of the Promotion Period based on the account’s final Net Deposit balance.

• Net Deposit = total cleared deposits − total withdrawals during the Promotional Period.

For example, if you deposit $25,000 during the Promotional Period and make no withdrawals, your Net Deposit will be $25,000.

You would receive:

• $100 (Account Creation Bonus)
• $100 (Verification Bonus)
• $200 (Deposit Bonus based on $25,000 Net Deposit)

Total Bonus = $400 in BTC

Bonuses will be credited after the Promotional Period ends to your account via Coinstash’s promotions module.

Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash with other users unless expressly stated otherwise.

Promotional Period

The Promotion will run from 15 September 2025 at 10:00am AEST until 30 September 2025 at 11:59pm AEST, or until such time Coinstash amends, suspends, or terminates the Promotion.

Conditions for SMSF Participants

Eligible SMSF participants must warrant and represent that:

• cryptocurrency and/or digital assets are expressly permitted under their SMSF’s current investment strategy; and

• all necessary approvals or consents have been obtained from the relevant trustees, investment decision-makers, or advisers.

By participating in the Promotion, SMSF users acknowledge and agree that Coinstash does not verify compliance with SMSF investment strategies or trustee obligations, and that it is the responsibility of the SMSF trustees to ensure all activities undertaken on the platform are in accordance with applicable superannuation laws and the governing rules of the SMSF.

Other T&Cs

• Bonuses do not stack with other promotions or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise by us.
• We make no warranties or representations regarding the availability, accuracy, or operation of the Promotion.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be held liable for any losses incurred by any person in connection with their participation in the Promotion, including but not limited to losses incurred by errors, omissions, or technical malfunctions that may occur in connection with the Promotion.
• Additionally, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or these Terms, at any time without prior notice.
• Accounts other than individual accounts are not eligible to access this Promotion. 
• We may also exclude you from participation or withhold or cancel bonuses if we suspect you have breached any part of the Agreement, engaged in fraud or misconduct, or used the Promotion in a manner not reasonably intended by us.
• You are solely responsible for any tax liabilities or reporting obligations arising from your receipt of any bonuses. We may withhold taxes or report rewards to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• These rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Queensland courts.
